Happy Life India sells Herbal Tea, Herbs, and Home and Kitchen Products. We mostly deliver and promote healthy and unique home usable products through online websites and web-portals. Currently, we are delivering our products in India only and in near future, our product will also be in reach of other countries.

Terms and conditions

Our every product’s specification is mentioned in its packing which declares the date of manufacturing, expiry or best timing of its use, our unit address, and somewhere the way of its use. We manufacture and deliver from Gwalior official office and the promotion and corporate process are done through the corporate office Mumbai. We always deliver all our food products in two comprehensive packings which include outside firm and inside packing.

Privacy policy

  • Our product formula is patent and under copyright 2019. The customer contact detail will not be shared with other people or sources apart from Happy Life Office Record. All matters subject to Gwalior Jurisdiction only.
  • We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software
  • We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
  • We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage, and disclosure of personal information (including sensitive personal information). Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.
  • It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when you finish using a shared computer.

 

Return and Refund policy

If any of the product of Happy Life, is not provided within 20-days after the date of order the whole amount will be refunded to the customer, but once the product is provided and the seal or packing or the product is opened, no amount will be refunded as all our products are sealed and packed. For the refund courier charges shall be bear by the customer only. The refund will be done through the online transactions on the customer’s same bank account through which he has paid to us. There are many products of Happy Life that have no refund policy and No-Refund-Product criteria are mentioned in the online specification of the particular product.

For our food product and personal care range, we don’t accept any returns if the product is opened or the seal is opened.

What can I return?

Customer may request returns for most items you buy from Happylifeindia.in that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page and/or Happylifeindia.in

Items are returnable if you’ve received the item in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on Happylifeindia.in. But if the paper and polythene seal or packing is opened then return will not be accepted.

2. How do I return an item?

To return an item:

  1. First Go to Your Orders and locate the order you wish to return.
  2. For Return or Replace Items Contact On Helpline/email.

 

Else the information shall be sent to the customers’ email ID and the customer may also send an email to get appropriate information.

3. What are the guidelines for returning an item?

 

  1. Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
  2. If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
  3. Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with Happylifeindia.in refund policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method. For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)
  4. For local delivery of Grocery products or any sweet or food product, we do not accept returns.

4. How can I track my return?

Apart from website information when you are logged In, we time to time send information about the dispatching, product movement location, and delivered a report on your registered email ID. We also make a call to the customer about product delivery.

Self Ship Guidelines

Your product will be delivered through the shipping services of our associated top brand couriers and somewhere from Indian Speed Post options. Else if you have ordered through other platforms like Amazone, Healthkart, or other websites then the shipping terms shall be followed as per their policies.
