At Happy Life, we take great care in preparing, packing, and delivering our herbal and  healthy food products with the highest standards of hygiene and quality. However, if you  are not satisfied with your purchase due to a genuine reason, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

As our products are consumable food items, we accept returns or offer replacements  only under the following conditions:

  •   ∙The product delivered is damaged or defective ∙
  • The item received is different from what was ordered

Please note: Products once opened, used, or consumed cannot be returned due to  safety and hygiene reasons.

Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1.Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery

2.Share your order ID, issue details, and clear photos/videos of the product and  packaging

3.Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the return or replacement  process  Refund/Replacement

  •   ∙If eligible, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement, as per your  preference  ∙
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within -7-10working days via the original  payment method

Non-Returnable Items  ∙

  • Products returned without original packaging  ∙
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling  ∙
  • Items requested for return after 48 hours of delivery .
