are not satisfied with your purchase due to a genuine reason, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
As our products are consumable food items, we accept returns or offer replacements
only under the following conditions:
- ∙The product delivered is damaged or defective
- ∙The item received is different from what was ordered
Please note: Products once opened, used, or consumed cannot be returned due to
safety and hygiene reasons.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1.Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery
2.Share your order ID, issue details, and clear photos/videos of the product and
packaging
3.Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the return or replacement
process
Refund/Replacement

preference
- ∙Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within -7-10working days via the original
payment method
Non-Returnable Items
- ∙Products returned without original packaging
- ∙Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- ∙Items requested for return after 48 hours of delivery
